Well, our first Saturday Karaoke went really well, thanks Steve, definately doing it again soon! Going to be kicking off our Singles Nights soon, and also Scratchcard Nights, where you will be able to win prizes while you drink. See you all soon

Well, the Charity Showcase went very well, a big thanks goes out to all involved, especialy Lyndy Lou for battling on through despite being a poorly girl, thanks babe. We raised £257.10 behind the bar, plus we are still to receive Craigs sponsor money, and people are still dropping money in (hint hint!) Thanks to all the retail outlets who donated raffle prizes. An all round success, another Charity event on the way in aid of Great Ormond Street so look out for that, see you all soon

Charity Showcase In Aid Of The Stroke Association January 31st Come Join The Fun. Live Performers Raffles A Waxing & More!

The final list of performers is in for our event in aid of The Stroke Association, and here it is:

Lyndy Lou, Dougie Cowie, Harry Lea, Ian Clark, Taylor Roper, Jo James, Jasmin, Danny J, Richard Godefroy, Just John. For the last hour or so of the evening, there will be a Disco/ Karaoke/ Open Mic for all those with stars in their eyes!!

Of course, half way through the evening there will be the much anticipated waxing of Craig Chalmers, and also the raffle will be drawn. We look forward to seeing you all, on this special evening in support of a great charity.

Well, Stephen James' debut of his new act, Back 2 Front went incredibly well,

we even had Superman show up! as you can see, Superman got loads of

attention, and even lost his clothes at one point!! Steve smashed it as usual,

with some new material, and a few bublé faves. Singers were invited to the

stage, including staff, and a good night was had all round. Jeff! need I say any

more mate, shame you missed the night lol. See you all on Sat 28/1 for Just

John, and don't forget, our charity showcase on tues 31/1. 11 artists, raffles

a waxing, and loads more fun from 6pm-midnight.

A great night with A Total Stranger on Saturday, as promised, a great mix of modern and classic rock. Looking forward to having this guy back again. Had everyone up dancing, and encored 3 or 4 times. Look out for Mercedes, now re-formed, and booking up fast. Next Saturdy we have Stephen James, with his new act, Back 2 Front. After personaly hearing him rehearse, it's another event not to be missed, see you there!

The first gig of 2012 went well at The Walrus, with Dougie Cowie. Guest singer Taylor Roper made her debut here, and was astounding, look out for this girl guys, she's going a long way, we have already booked her for three dates this year. Dougie, as usual put in a star performance, and we had a couple of unexpected guest singers, including the bar staff! Keep an eye out for further bookings for both Dougie and Taylor.
